Error on CMS Upgrade to PowerCMS

Hi
I carefully followed the instructions on upgrading SS's CMS to PowerCMS2.
Now when I go to login to the CMS I get the following error,

Warning: require_once(../webassist/framework/library.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/worceste/public_html/admin/index.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../webassist/framework/library.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/worceste/public_html/admin/index.php on line 2

What did I do wrong, how can I rectify this?

thanks
mark

Hello,
The folder is called admin on the live site.
Doesn't it seem to be looking for a folder called webassist, that is not there.
No such folder was created by SiteSculptor snd there were no instruction re moving one from PowerCMS folder in the upgrade notes.
