Dreamweaver error messages

HELP! I keep getting the following error messages:

go to Window -> Workspace Layouts -> Reset '<Your Layout Name>'

the delete the cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

What Version of Dreamweaver?

What is your OS?

What Extensions / versions do you have installed.

Can you send a screen shot of the extensions manager showing the installed extensions and versions.

add the screen shots to a zip archive and attach the zip file.

Try renaming the configuration folder, the common installation problems pdf will help you find the configuration folder:
technote...ion_issues.pdf

once renamed, open the extension manager, uninstall all the extensions, then install again.
