CssFormBuilder2 Download Center

I have created a download center and believe everything is working excecpt that nothing happens when I click the download button on the download_center.php page for the user. I can see all of the details etc. but nothing downloads. I have checked the permission on the folder containing the file to be downloaded (it is an htm file) and have verified the path. I am using Dreamweaver CS3. Would appreciate your guidance

Partial correction

I realize I did not have the file named in the sql database (only the path)
Now I have the correct path and file name in the sql database
../../digitalfile/airmail.htm
But when I click the download button a generic file with only a 0 appears in it.

Must be getting close.
Any help...

I have fixed it

The ProductLocation in the products table should not have the path ... only the name of the file, so I deleted the ../../ and it seems to work fine.
