While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm

I am having a problem with CSS Form Builder 1.02
I can not make a form because I keep getting a error

While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm,
the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 527 on file "[username]:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS3: Config: Shared: UltraDev: Scripts: ssClasses.js":
TypError:args has no properties

I have already cleared the DW MacFileCache-xxxADxxx.dat a number of times.
uninstalled the extension and reinstalled.

Still doesn't work, I got the offer to update to CSS Form Builder 2 for $49.00
even though I purchased the Super Suite a couple month ago.

When I click the link the price is $199.99
and nobody answers the phone for "a purchase?".

From reading all the complaints and all the time trying to make your product work.
Add the time you have to wait for response on this forum your products are not saving me time.

I work on deadlines and you guys are killing me.

To fix the error that you are getting with Form Builder, please try deleting your configuration folder. Once your configuration folder is delete, launch the extension manager and remove all the extensions, and then install only Form Builder, and then launch DW.

Let me know if you are still having the issue after following the above steps.

Thanks.

Well since I posted last I was contacted about the update so I am now working with ver 2.

It took care of the error but now the captcha image is not working and DW has crashed twice while I was working on it.

any idea on the captcha.

OK captcha is working.

Now one last thing attaching the file that is uploaded in the form.
I have followed the direction which are simple but it only uploads and doesn't attach it to the email.

Where can I go to check to see if the coding for the email has the upload code.

If you edit the Universal Email Server Behavior and open the Attachments window, make sure to select Server File Name from the Upload Files Biding and if the files are not stored at the root of the site, make sure to append the directory. for example if the files are at the root you will have something like this:

<?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["serverFileName"]; ?>

and if you have them in a folder, then the path should be updated to something like this:

yourfolder/<?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["serverFileName"]; ?>

let me know if you still have any other question.

Not sure what you want me to do.

Under "server behaviors" menu

I open the "universal email 3 (mail)"

than click on the "paperclip"

that opens "create email message: attachments"

type = "submitted file"
value = "[name of the form field]' from pull down menu

Am I in the wrong area?

I searched the site for source code = <?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus

nothing

I am uploading a PDF could this be a problem?

yes, you are in the right place, but instead of selecting submitted file choose Enter Value and click the lighting bolt icon and then Expand the Upload Files (fieldset_group_field) and select server file name.
