While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm

I am having a problem with CSS Form Builder 1.02
I can not make a form because I keep getting a error

While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm,
the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 527 on file "[username]:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS3: Config: Shared: UltraDev: Scripts: ssClasses.js":
TypError:args has no properties

I have already cleared the DW MacFileCache-xxxADxxx.dat a number of times.
uninstalled the extension and reinstalled.

Still doesn't work, I got the offer to update to CSS Form Builder 2 for $49.00
even though I purchased the Super Suite a couple month ago.

When I click the link the price is $199.99
and nobody answers the phone for "a purchase?".

From reading all the complaints and all the time trying to make your product work.
Add the time you have to wait for response on this forum your products are not saving me time.

I work on deadlines and you guys are killing me.
