PayPal working, but credit card is not

My client just had her site restored after a brief suspension. Now I find that while I can buy something using the PayPal button, I'm getting the following error when I try a credit card purchase:

Invalid ConfigurationThis transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.10501Error2.2015532771.09

I've checked the API credentials and they're the same as I have in my Globals file. Any other ideas on what to try?

Thanks - Joe

Maybe you don't have a Website Payments Pro account? It costs $30 a month to accept credit cards on your site using paypal. Are you using paypal or authorize.net as your payment provider?

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

No, that's all set-up, but evidently because her account was suspended meant it had to be re-activated. I finally got through to the right department at PayPal to get it done.

What's so confusing is that everyone says "you have to accept the billing agreement" but there is no such link anywhere on the PayPal site. The reality is PayPal has to accept you as a Website Payments Pro user and then the account is cleared.

Thanks for the help anyway - Joe
