Powerstore4 and shipping digital goods

Hi:

When I upgraded from powerstore3 to powerstore4, I thought you had fixed the issue with shiping being charged to digital goods. However shipping is still being charged to digital goods. I do have a shipping account with USPS and I do not have a flat rate shipping applyed. But powerstore still charges shipping to digital goods. Could I have missed replacing a file or some other thing during the upgrade. I realy need help on this one. The site with the shipping issue is www.itstime2shop.com the digital goods would be in the category " Flash fla & swf " I just have one digital file up until I can get this issue resolved.
