Add to Cart Issue

When i click add to cart in my store i get this message how do i fix this issue......

and i did update to 4.0.1 and followed the instructions.

its seemed to be that there was an issues with something missing within the coding of the webassist/pluggins/shopping_cart/cart_editable.php ......to resolve the problem i replaced it back with the old document and everything worked out just fine. (just giving a heads up to anyone else who experiences this problem)

In the update instructions, you copy only the PHP files at the root of the "PowerStore Files" fodler to your existing site and the Admin and HTMLEditor folder.

The webassist/plugins/shopping_cart/cart_editable.php file should not be effected using this method.
