Error message from UE4

I was sending a file from my Upload page as a test. The following is what I got instead of the page designated to appear.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare waue_addattachment() (previously declared in /home2/broscoba/public_html/webassist/email/mail_php.php:2) in /home2/broscoba/public_html/WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php on line 23

I just went to UE4 from UE3. my domain is brosco-bartley.com and it's on the Transfer page, upload.php. What else will you need to help trouble shoot this?

you page has left over code from universal email 3 on it.

If you are not sure what to remove, please send a copy of your page in a zip archive and I will let you know what should be removed.

ok, looks like the email is using this page as the template:
tranfer_portfolio_WAUE_HTML_WA_Universal_Email_1.php

make sure there are no referances to the WA_UniversalEmail foler on that page.

If you still have problems, I'll need a copy of that page as well.

Or you could create a new page to use as the template for the email.
