In Create Email Message Why isnt "submitted file" highligthed?

WHen I go to create my email everything is pretty straight forward except when I want to get the form fields included in the email, the "Submitted File" button is not highlighted as a choice?

Isnt that where I pick my fields to be included in the email?

Arte you referring to the attachments tab?

Your form will need to have a file field.

Once at the attachments tab, first click the plus button to add an attachment, then you can select the Submitted File Option, and select your file field from the list.
