Adding new pages

I'm sure there must be some info on the forum about adding new pages / menu items to the home page, but I'm ********** if I can find any!

I want to add a subject between products and support on the main menu which will display a batch of items for sale only. ie - They are NOT to be sold through the cart, but display for customers to view and make appointments to go and see. These items are saddles for a saddlery company and as they are custom fitted for horse / rider they are not sold online.

So, how do I add a page to the main menu for display only? Sub-menus may be added at a later stage for different types of saddles.

Thank you and sorry if I've missed this sort of thing somewhere else on the forum!

To modify the menu, you will need to use CSS Menu Writer:

Can't modify

Hi,

I've followed all the instructions as indicated, but nowhere does it say how to edit an existing menu sitting in powerstore 3. Well, it says about going to "edit" but all the system wants to do is to create a new menu, not edit the existing one shipped with powerstore 3.

I continued to try and create a new menu to replace the existing one but when trying to finish creating the new menu, came up with the following two error messages:

"While executing onResize in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred.
Infile "WA_SiteTools_Page; refresh UI is not defined.!

then.....

"Error generating menu (wa.generate.menu);
TypeError; MM.WA_createProcessingObject is not a function."

Any ideas?

Many thanks,
Sid

to edit an existing menu, you will need to modify your Dreamweaver Preferences.

go to Edit -> Preferences.

In the invisible elements section, check scripts.

Next to the menu you should see a script shield icon, select this icon, the click the edit menu item in the properties inspector.

For the error you are getting, delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
