Contents of field not be updated with html editor

I recently purchased the HTML editor extension and have everything working properly in terms of building, customizing, viewing, interacting with the HTML editor. However, the most important function -- inserting or updating the HTML -- does not seem to be working properly. When I remove the HTML editor and replace with a textarea, everything works fine. But as soon as I replace with the HTML editor, the contents are not inserted into the database. I've tried putting together a test page with just a basic dreamweaver insert with one field to ensure it was not conflicting with other code on the page but no luck. If you think this is something you can assist with within the next week, I would appreciate assistance either in a private thread over preferably in a phone call. If this is not possible, I would appreciate a refund as I am within the 15 day money back guarantee.

These are the times when the solution, if posted, saves others a lot of time. So asking as a courtesy, that whenever a solution if found, the original request, whether a paid answer or not, is posted on the list. I've tried to always do this, and in the spirit of the list helping one another, request that all solutions be posted.

Thank you.

In this case we opened the private ticket and requested a phone number and time to call, but the original poster never responded back. We where not able to look into the issue to resolve it.

Arte you having a similar problem, if so, can you please send a copy of your page so I can take a look at the code.

Not this issue, but my comment was for the original poster to share his/her findings. I don't expect WA to provide the answer publicly for a private ticket. I make it a point to read the forum frequently, and usually learn something each time. Thanks.
