CSS Form Builder inserted in a HTML page

Does CSS form builder work if placed in a .html page within a table?

How do I get the data returned in an email.

No, CSS Form builder cannot be added to a static .html page, it must be added to a dynamic php page.

To send the data entered in the form in an email, use the Universal Email extension:
