Transactions coming out of wrong account

Hi
I have a simple site with 3 items on it for purchase.
I had to change the settings in the payment Buttons for PayPal palette as the customer changed the payPal account that she wanted to have transactions credited to.
For some reason the tranactions keep coming out of the original account.
Why?

Page is at
uspra_shop_online.asp

Transaction should be going onto PayPal account with email address of uspra@c2mc.com
but they go to account with email adddress of youngupsnods1@aol.com instead.

I have put correct API details in for uspra@c2mc.com, deleted the buttons from the page and out of the wizard, then put just one back in again, but still going wrong.

Shop File attached.

Cheers
mark

When you create a paypal button, it is compiled and stored on the paypal servers. to change the paypal account the button is associated with, you will need to recreate the button from scratch, this will recompile the button code using the new API credentials.

Paypal Buttons Coming From Wrong Account 2

I too have the same problem. I had to update my email address contact info on Paypal after installing the Paypal Buttons extensions and the buttons it would generate would then take me to the wrong, old account information showing the wrong email address, the old check out Paypal page. So I updated all my Paypal info, I eliminated the old email addresses, changed the check out page, I uninstalled the WebAssist Paypal Buttons extensions from Dreamweaver CS5, deleted the dat file, reset the Paypal Buttons download on the WebAssist website for a new download for a new, different computer, re-downloaded the file, reinstalled the new download from WebAssist and then reopen Dreamweaver.

When I re install the API signature settings in the Paypal Buttons Settings and then make a new button, the button then directs me to the WRONG PAYPAL account AGAIN. This had taken ALL DAY LONG and the WebAssist widget keeps spitting out the wrong **** thing, even though when I go to the Paypal website and make a new button there, it works perfectly. But WebAssist simply cannot change to the new settings to save its GD life.

I need help and needed my website up 16 days ago and am now frantic. Please someone help me. Do I have to sign up for a new WebAssist account under a fake name to get this to re set? Or will that even work?

Paypal Buttons Coming From Wrong Account 2

Your Ticket offered me to pay you a hundred dollars to tell me how you have made this product uninstallable, or, pay you fifty dollars to do the same thing, but give you a full day to get back to me, or, to stay right here on the forums and hope that someone somewhere knows why your program extensions are not open for setting adjustments so the cookies can update to new information. In otherwords, making WebAssist seem like it is actually creating software that deliberately does not work and then once the user has been captured and is set up using the software, they definitely have to pay you 5x as much for help to use it than a program like this would normally cost that include adjustment settings and support to get it working on setup.

No, the ticket I created for you is a free ticket.

I have just updated the ticket to request your contact information. Once I have your contact information , I will call you to look into the issue over the phone and find a solution.

Paypal Buttons Coming From Wrong Account 2

I have just updated my account with phone contact.

Also, I have uninstalled the extensions again, deleted the dat file again, opened a new account with a new email address totally unused before, downloaded a brand new copy of the Paypal Buttons, used a brand new set of serial numbers, reloaded that into Dreamweaver, reopened it and there was all my old information under settings, all ready to go from where?????????? Why????? WTH??? Do I have to burn this computer with napalm, have plastic surgery, change my sex and name, open a new account using a japanese email address and buy a new CS5 design suite in order to have this forget about my old email address?

I never solved this issue.

Hi
After hours of frustration I deleted the entire site from Dreamweaver and went back to a Timemachine backup from earlier in the week.

I then started to create the buttons again and all was ok.

Sorry I can't help further, but as you have, I tried all the usual things but could not sort this out.
