Problem after adding a product

Hello Webassist,

I'm having a problem after I added a product in PS3. After adding my first product, I refreshed my site www.twins-asia.com and everything seems gone and only this message appeared "Subquery returns more than 1 row". What does this means?

So I deleted the product and the site turns to normal.

Please help me solving my problem. If you need username and password, please email me at shauqie1957@yahoo.com.

update

Hi

I'm no expert but my solution would be to backup the database and delete it.

backup your site and then re install using the PS3 downloaded files.

Add a prdoduct and see if that works.

If it does then reinstate your site but not the database. If it works then the issue is with the database if it doesn't then go back one step and do the reverse ie reinstate the database but use the WA PS3 site.

Once you know its with either the database or the site files you have a direction to go in.

If it's the site I find it's easier to carry out the modifications one at a time and test at each stage.

If it's the database then assuming you have not altered that it's an issue for WA technical

How to add shipping charges

Hi Ian, Thanks for helping. It works now.

But I have another question, where can I add shipping charges. For example, if the items is 2lbs the price for shipping to US is 19$.

Thanks

PowerStore only supports shipping rate look up using USPS, UPS or FedEx.

You could use eCart to create custom shipping rules. From your description, you want to calculate shipping at $8 per lb

In eCart you could create a shipping rule that takes the total of the weight column and multiples it by 8 to get the result you are after.

Hi,

At this moment, I haven't bought eCart. I'm not sure on how to use it. I know basic about dreamweaver and is it easy to use eCart to create custom shipping rule if I'm a beginner?

So, If I use UPS or FedEx as my shipment agents, it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for me based on their rates?
