Universal Email Progress Bar

Universal Email Progress Bar

I recently upgraded to the UE 4. The Progress Bar category for Universal Email is not working. The other categories seem fine, except for the Universal Email one. I have a fairly large email list (15,000+).

Also, the file "_Progress.js"in the Progress Bar folder within "webassist" is showing this error for the first line:
"There is a syntax error on line 1. Code hinting may not work until you fix this error."

Line 1's code:
var lastTime_kylti-test_Universal_Email_2_Progress = 0;

How do I correct these issues? Thanks.

How have you gone about applying the progress bar to your form? What do you experience when you submit the form? Do you have a form with this applied to it that we can check out, if you have a link to the page that would also be helpful.

UE 4 Progress Bar

Hello Eric,

Thank you for your response.

I followed the instructions according to the UE document. After preparing my form with UE 4, I inserted the Progress Bar to the form and selected the Universal Email progress bar option. The form is submitted fine, except that it doesn't show the UE progress bar. I'm attaching the form with the option applied (I've blocked out the connection and table).

I see the image for the "cabo-bar.gif" in the webassist folder, but where is that image shown in the files? It's not in the CSS or in any other file in the webassist folder. Could that be the problem?

I have done some testing with your page and here is what I have found. It seems that you have an extra include file where the image and progress bar message should be. In the page that you posted on line 175 you should have this instead of the include:

[code]
<p style="margin:10px; padding:5px;" ><img src="webassist/progress_bar/images/jungle-bar.gif" alt="" title="" style="vertical-align:middle;" />&nbsp;&nbsp;Please wait</p>
[/php]

Other than this it looks the same as what I have. It seems that you may have chosen a custom progress bar or image for this part. What happens if you just select one of the default styles and colors for it? I would suggest setting up a test page with the progress bar like this so that you can test and compare the results that you are getting. Please post back and let us know what you get.
