I have done some testing with your page and here is what I have found. It seems that you have an extra include file where the image and progress bar message should be. In the page that you posted on line 175 you should have this instead of the include:
<p style="margin:10px; padding:5px;" ><img src="webassist/progress_bar/images/jungle-bar.gif" alt="" title="" style="vertical-align:middle;" />&nbsp;&nbsp;Please wait</p>
Other than this it looks the same as what I have. It seems that you may have chosen a custom progress bar or image for this part. What happens if you just select one of the default styles and colors for it? I would suggest setting up a test page with the progress bar like this so that you can test and compare the results that you are getting. Please post back and let us know what you get.
