UE not opening in the checkout wizard

UE not opening after data loaded in ecart

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I purchased the suite a few days ago and have the latest extensions of ecart, data assist and universal email and have the same problem. UE does not open in ecart when it is supposed to. Looking forward to a work around or solution. I am using Dreamweaver cs3 and IE8

what checkout method are you selecting?


The Option to configure Universal Email will only be present if you are selection one of the Local Checkout methods such as PayPal Payments Pro.


When Selecting a remote Checkout Method, you will not have the option to configure the email receipt, instead the payment gateway will handle the email receipt for you.

I seleced the PayPal basic not pro so is that why it does not open UE?

Yes, PayPal Payments Standard is a remote checkout method. Using a remote checkout method, you will not have the option to configure universal email.
