need help seting up user-registration

Hi I got the user-registration and I dont know anything about my sql. I went to godaddy and I am trying to set up a table. I tried to follow your instructions but I am lost at the my sql step. I only got to step 1 and I am confused...don't know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

GoDaddy should have provided you with an interface to use the databases, in this case, most likely PHPMyAdmin. So, you would want to skip the first page in the tutorial and just go directly to the Using PHPMyAdmin section and follow the steps there. If you are unable to follow those steps, please point out which step you're falling down on and I'll try to clarify it for you.

The file you need to import is the one located in the Database directory in the UserRegistration100 directory of your download. It is called users.sql.

What is on lines 45-47? Did you make any changes to the registration page before uploading it?

Yes, I understand that that's the error you are getting, I was not asking what error you're getting, but about the code on the page. Can you attach the /register page/users_Registration.php page so I can take a look at it?
