Universal Mail Information submitted

I have created a form with an attachment option and this part is working great but the information of where the submission is coming from, phone etc are not being included.

As well there was no option to insert CAPTCHA as mentioned in the Universal Mail promotion.

Did you make sure to bind the form values into the email body or choose one of the preset designs?

I'm not sure which promotional information you're referring to, could you point me to where the captcha is mentioned?

Not sure about "Did you make sure to bind the form values into the email body" maybe you could explain. As for the Captcha, I looked again and in your "Feature Tour Video" all examples you show as final form have Captcha in them.

Yes, but Universal email doesn't actually create the form that you apply the email behavior to. As stated in the feature tour, the form that was used is created by CSS Form Builder, which is one of our other extensions.

If you look at the getting started guide, in the Customizing the Email Design section, did you choose an existing preset email or did you edit and create your own in Dreamweaver?

I created a form in dreamweaver and then used the Universal Email application. I did it once with the a template and it didn't work and once without where the file attachment worked but the rest of the data did not come with.

Ok, so if you use the edit button with a pencil next to it to create the email, there should be a lightning bolt icon in the bottom right corner. If you click on that, a Select Data Bindings panel should open. there should be an entry for your form in the fields box. Expand that and the different form elements should be listed. Select one of those to display the value in the email.

If you selected the edit button with the Dw icon next to it, you will have to add bindings through the bindings panel that Dreamweaver has. In the bindings panel, there should be an entry for your form and you can expand it to show the form fields. To add a display to the page, drag and drop the form field you want displayed to the correct position on the page. Then save the page and you should be taken back to the Universal Email Create Email Message dialog.
