Using own forms with UE4

I had been using UE3 to send emails using forms that I create myself. These worked fine. I have now upgraded to UE4 and I cannot see anyway that I can use it with the form I have created. I only have the option of a progess bar or creating a form using form builder. I do not want to use FB as I have had no luck so far in getting it to create a suitable form and I don't want to waste another few days trying to learn how to impliment this extension. Is there any way that I can get UE4 to use the form I created or has this option now been removed?

I tried unisntalling and re-installing UE 3 but it came up with error messages so I guess I am stuck with UE4

You can do it. Just apply UE4 just like you did UE3. It should allow you to set the trigger and add values from your own form. I'm afraid I'm at a loss as to why you think that isn't supported in UE4. Just uncheck the page template option and you can specify the email body just like you did in v3.

Is that option in Dreamweaver or web assist.? Even though UE 4 is installed it does not show on the drop down menu. Should it?

Go to the main menu Insert->Webassist->Send Email Message.

That will open the new UE interface... it is just called "Send Email Message" instead of universal email.

That is greyed out in the menu. Does it only appear when a PHP form is created?

It can only be applied on a .php page when you have a dreamweaver site defined that is specified as a .php site.

This should be the same as in the previous version.
