Simple Upload not so simple.

I tried to find more detailed instructions, but it wasn't apparent to me anywhere I looked on the site.

I'm just trying to upload a file to the same server the web page is on.
Nothing happens after I submit. I just end up on the next page.
The folder CSV is on the server. I did a chmod(777) - all rights are available.

<?php require_once("../WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php"); ?>
<?php
WA_DFP_SetupUploadStatusStruct("WA_UploadResult1");
if($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST"){
WA_DFP_UploadFile("WA_UploadResult1", "FileToUpload2", "", "../Discogs/CSV/", "discogs.csv", "3", "[FileName]_[Increment]", "0", "false", "0", "0");
}
?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
<title>Upload a CSV</title>
</head>
<body>
<form action="DiscogDate.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="uploadcsv">
<label>Discogs .CSV File
<input type="file" name="FileToUpload2" id="FileToUpload" />
</label>
<BR /><BR />
<label>
<input type="submit" name="Submit" id="Submit" value="Submit" />
Submit</label>
</form>
</body>
</html>

is the name of the page your form is on "DiscogDate.php"?

try changing the action of the form to be blank:
<form action="" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="uploadcsv">

If you are still having problems, add the following code at line to make sure a php error is not occurring:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on;);
?>

also go to the bindings panel and expand the WA Uploaded files Global Status binding group and add the Debug info binding to the page, report back any php errors and the debug info after trying to upload another file.

My Form Page

The page that the form is on is: uploadcsv.php

The action page is discogdate.php

That did it!

Now where do I look to put some feedback on the page, to let the user know their file was indeed uploaded correctly?

Thanks for the fast reply!
