Can I Use eCart to Convert PowerStore to do Quotes Instead of Process Payments?

I have a client interested in having a site that will take quote requests for his catalog of products. He is a B2B operation and does not sell direct to the end buyer. I bought eCart with PowerStore and noticed that eCart can be used to do quote requests. I am still getting started with my first PowerStore (seems to be working so far on my local test server) so I am an absolute beginner. Can eCart convert PowerStore to take Quote Requests instead? If it can, is there a guide to doing this? I'm looking for step by step instructions so if anyone has managed to do this I'd love to know.

To make the store into just a catalog that does price quotes, you will just have to remove the checkout button on the cart page. It will give a quote for the cost of the items, but the user will never be able to checkout, so you will not be selling the items directly. Would that work for you?

Thanks Jimmy. I'll test it out if the project goes ahead and let you know. Sounds simple enough so we'll have to see if the result does what is needed.
