Attach file to form without Universal email

Attach file to form without Universal email

Is there a simple way for me to include an uploaded file in the results of a form submission without buying Universal Email? I am not afraid of adding or changing code but can't write a script from the ground up. I just can't afford Universal Email at the moment and have a need to forward files uploaded from DFPro to a client. Don't need a database; just want to send the submitted file as an attachment to the form results email.

I am using but since I administer the server I could use any of the open-source PHP mailers if need be; if I do, will they interface with DFPro?

All help appreciated.

Digital File pro creates a variabel named Server Directory and another named Server File Name.

You can concatenate these two variables together to return the physical path to the file.

To get the php syntax for these two variables, go to the bindings panel and expand the WA Uploaded Files(File Field Name) group.

It shouldn't be to difficult to modify your mail script to use the DFP PHP variabels to attach the file to the email.
