PowerStore 3 wish list

Seeing my question on affiliations was moved to here it I think I will add a few more wishes.

Skins - It would be nice if a few different skin designs were added to the store. Trying to change this one is certainly going to tax my limited knowledge.

Sub Categories - It would be nice for subcategories to have subcategories. For a small store it probably doesn't matter but when you get to several thousand items and a very long category list believe me it matters.

Digital Downloads - With so many digital products available it would make sense to have this as one of the fundamental features.

Gift Certificates - (back to digital downloads) A Gift Certificate should be useable as a payment method.

Payment gateways - Perhaps combining ecart5 by default and including more payment gateways including the ability to use paypal standard.

Price discounts for multiple purchases - Perhaps even retail and wholesale pricing

Memberships and special pricing.

Okay that's it for now but some of these features would sure make Power Store ready for the big leagues.

We appreciate the feedback. We will try to add some of these features in the future I am sure.

This already exists in powerstore v3

Yes - Ray, I've got two of them going - both problems still open. Thanks.

1. I would also recommend adding the ability to Bulk upload items. I know PS3 isn't realyl designed for large product amounts but I think with bulk uplaod abilities it would be able to handle a few hundred easily!

2. Layout Options - Several different layout options

3. More pricing options. Shipping for example. I want to charge a flat rate fee for some items but can not do that!

I'm going to second that on Shipping! Some of us use the flat rate USPS boxes for certain items and there is no option for that.

If you own ecart, a standard flat rate shipping can be added very easily.

We appreciate the feeback. It is a good suggestion to add this to a future Powerstore update as well.

Thanks for that info Ray. (And us not knowing that goes back to our point about in-adequate documentation.) If there was a very in-depth help document with the Power Store 3 product - such options would be explained I'm sure and we wouldn't have to fumble around trying different things and spending hours on the support forums trying to get help.

I'll ask for a thorough explanation on how to do the flat rate shipping with eCart and PowerStore 3 in the PowerStore 3 forum.

Digital Downloads

More Control over shipping. Like the ability to turn off standard UPS, FEDEX etc.. Just let me put a flat rate myself or have no shipping rate at all. Shipping a $1.00 item to myself was going to cost an additional $6.60.

I do really like the Webassist Tools so far though. I really can't complain because you really get a lot for such a little price.
