If there was a very in-depth help document with the Power Store 3 product - such options would be explained I'm sure and we wouldn't have to fumble around trying different things and spending hours on the support forums trying to get help.
I'll ask for a thorough explanation on how to do the flat rate shipping with eCart and PowerStore 3 in the PowerStore 3 forum.
