help with power store 3

I've installed the powerstore3 successfully to my server, Now I've tried to add shipping cost using ecart to edit the ecart object but every changes that I made is not being reflected. I put flat rate shipping £2.00 an uploaded the ecart files back to my server, but it's not adding the shipping cost in the checkout.
2) Also after I've checkout successfully, if i check order history usind the admin dash board, the shipping detail of the customer it's not there
3) after purchasing the email receipt which is sent to customer and admin as well, the shipping info is blank
3) on pp_confirm.php and pp_checkout_success.php, the shippind detail is blank the customer detail is not there after checking out from paypal
4) also on my cart page the Total amount drop to new line

We will need a bit more information on how the shipping charge was configured. can you send a send a copy of the WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php file so I can see how the shipping rule is created.

the problem is the trigger you are using for the shipping rule.

use the trigger Total number of Unique Items > 0 instead.

you seam to have made changes to the checkout process that may be causing the issues with the shipping address. Please send a copy of the checkout, confirm and pp_confirm pages so I can take a look at the changes you have made.


as for the total in the cart, it is supposed to be on a new line like that, see the powerstore demo site:

than you, actually I didnt change the code, please find the attached. About the cart please see sxreen print attached, I meant the total beside remove column.

you have modified the checkout to go through Paypal Express Checkout UK, Powerstore is not configured like this. I need to see the code changes that have been made to force the chkout through PayPal UK, please send the checkout, confirm and pp_confirm pages.



I only see the price displayed like that in IE, you have conflicting CSS on the page that is causing IE to render differently.

I didnt modified those pages, I only change to paypal thorugh the setting in the Admin dashboard. You've asked for these files last week which I sent to you, please find the attached again.
