PS4 card refusal

Heres the deal, I am getting emails that people are trying to buy products from my PS4 website but when they reach check the card is kicked back with a message: " card information and or address does not match, please check the information on the order and try again." I used my own card which worked during testing but now does not. I know the information is correct, I have contacted Authorized.net and they have told me that they are getting no information or orders from the website. I have checked the transaction code and the gateway ID they are correct, can you help me.
