pp_checkout_success but cart not empty
Check out with PayPal Express. Go to PayPal site (sandbox). Accept PayPal Express defaults and click Continue. Come back to pp_confirm. All looks good. Click on Checkout. Get pp_checkout_success with Order# and data in order and orderdetail tables. Excellent. Oops. When I proceed, I find the cart still contains the products. I click Clear cart but the system still knows about the prior Customer because it show sales tax when I add items to the cart. At this point it should not know the state so it should not calculate tax. Apparently I've done something to keep eCart from clearing the cart.
