What gives... Come on WebAssist
Dear WebAssist.. this morning I go to use your CSSmenu writer and I get an unexpected error-2 as i activate for the first time my newly recently purchased software package. Dreamweaver took the activation, and then I got an error, upon logging into my webassit account I see that here is some discrepancy in your account set up, as your payments to paypal show I made a 49.00 payment when in deed i did not... and on 5.23.10 was billed 199.00 as I intended to pay for the year of membership in advance...
I paid a year in advance, to be cool as I'm a small business owner myself. What is not cool is your payment methodology, as I pay a full year in advance, and then canceled my "AUTOMATIC PAYMENT" with paypal (don't get me started on why having open automatic payments with companies that I do not owe money to?..lol please). as it's well over 11 months away, your company cancels my fully yearly paid membership.. THAT causes me a HUGE alert, I can understand your point of view on why you might be doing this, but your company shouldn't be FORCING clients to keep open AUTOMATIC payment options if they pay a full year in advance.. I sent an eMail already, and would like for someone to address this issue please.
