All of your validations had the same identifier (the last argument to the validation function). They were all set to "1" like:
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ((isset($_POST["page_title"])?$_POST["page_title"]:"") . "",false,1);
That means if one validation failed, it didn't know which one, so all validation messages would show.
I updated them to all be unique and updated all of the references on the page. Then it became clear you had validations on 3 fields that you didn't have on your page. I commented those out and now the page works.
