We concentrate more on the server and database functionality and not the page design. That is why we haven't done anything with PWA. We don't intend to compete with the likes of bootstrap. Our tools all work well with existing PWA solutions and can be used to augment them by connecting them to the database, adding user authentication, file upload, file download, email, and more functionality that isn't design dependent.
We cater to the designers that want to add functionality, we don't really help with the design itself. We have shrunk as a company as dreamweaver extensions have become less popular. Adobe dropped support for their extension manager, and de-prioritized their extension development community. As a result we had to cut our size and focus on support and development and haven't been able to pay for video tutorial production or additional tutorials in general.
Unfortunately, that is unlikely to change in the short term unless business picks up. However, our quality support will continue and we will be available to help with any questions you might have.
