I can take a look and see if I can spot an issue there.
I may need to debug this one live as well if you can give me a URL to access the page and any necessary login credentials I could see if there are any javascript errors on the page.
You might try going to the database and deleting all of the tables that have names that begin with "kfm_"... sometimes the database gets corrupted and if you simply delete all of the tables it will recreate them properly. I've seen that before.
