Is it possible to retain abandoned orders? Is it possible to be notified when there is a failed checkout?
My old shopping cart (pre-Webassist) allowed me to see when someone created a cart or order but didn't complete it. It allowed us to contact the customer to either complete the order or find out why they didn't complete the order. Is that possible to do with Powerstore?
Also, just like a completed order, is it possible to get an email notification when there is a failed order? Same idea as above, I'd like to contact customers if they have a problem ordering online.
