Problem editing cms content in dreamweaver

After removing Power CMS and folders as your instructions from another post this week and then installing it again from our newly purchased Design Extender I can now edit the cms areas in DW so the problem mentioned above is solved. It looked as though it could have been related to a missing file called PCMS_Edit_ContentID_1_Temp.php

Anyway the new Power CMS installation went smoothly and progressed exactly as the instructions. I now know the first installation from the standalone Power CMC Builder didnt progess properly as it kept stopping and I had to restart parts of it.

One final question though, I dont see the page where the pencil icon is next to the presets as described in this recent forum post showthread.php?t=29281

I dont have Data Bridge but do have HTML editor from Super Suite.
How can I get to see this for modifying the styling tab?
