HTML editor: link function doesn't work anymore

Thank you Ray for solving this.
Because using absolutely positioned divs with a higher z-index than the popup window it can't be seen.

To correct the problem update your houtkoz.css file line 20 and change the z-index to 9999 instead of 99999.

This did it.
