CSS Menu Builder - Flyout Items

I am trying to create a horizontal menu that will contain a drop down on certain items. Certain items will contain a fly out as well. I am having issues with where the second menu items flies out at. You can see the menu here: newsite.m-ofcu.com/

Every time I use auto width it really messes everything up. Any suggestions would be helpful.
