I'm not exactly what it is yo are asking for help with.
in security assist, there is a tool called "Access pages manager" (Webassist -> Security Assist -> Manage Site Access -> Access Pages Manager)
the security assist wizard creates a default rule called "logged into <your users table name>" where <your users table name> is the name of your users table.
the pages that you will be restricting access to need to be php pages. In the access pages manager, select them, and apply the "logged into <your users table name>" rule.
this will restrict access to those pages to only allow logged in users to view them.
