Using Universal Email To send eInvite

This is definitely possible and easy to do with Universal Email. The idea is that you have a page with a form on it, then apply the Universal Email server behavior. To get the email to go to the address entered you just use the lightning bolt icon for the to 'to' address and select the email field from your form.
