You will not want to use the wizard again as it is not re-entrant. It will only create the new pages for you with the code, it will not update the existing server behaviors on the pages.
To make adjustments to the pages you should open them up and edit the individual server behaviors. To make different access levels you should be making edits to the access rules and the user authentication on the login page.
The Access Rules manager is available from the modify menu. Please post back with more detail about the specifics of what you are trying to accomplish.
