eCart Checkout Wizard - Store order summary in database

It's been a while since I have created a new eCart application so I apologise if I'm missing something stupid.

I'm trying to run the eCart Checkout Wizard and when I get to the "Store order summary in database" section, when I select the "Create using preset: Default" checkbox and then select my database connection and then click next I get an error which says "Please select a valid connection to continue." (see eCart.jpg)

If I then edit the connection and click on the "Test" button I get the "Connection was made successfully." message so I'm not sure what is stopping it. (See dbase.jpg)
