Edit Design Error

More details: After looking around to see if others are having problems like mine, I see that they are.
I can neither browse the server and or upload graphics directly, it wouldn't let me change the design graphics without fooling the program into it, by directly downloading the graphics altering them in Photoshop and then uploading them again, even then, while most graphics were accepted the logo graphic would not work. Often graphics work in test mode but not in live mode. sometimes calling for placement of the graphics in identical folds outside the subdicrectory.
Then there was the flash issue: In order to get flash to work, I had to place the files both inside the directory and outside of it.
