Problem with DA Wizard

Problem with DA Wizard

When i use DA Wizard and set my result page with filter
FORM PARAMETER the page give me NO RESULTS but
if i try to test my recordset in DW it give me some results
i don't understand what's the problem please help me
I use DA 2.0.8 - DWCS5 - XP PRO SP3
