Ray,

I tried clearing the session variable as we discussed and it doesn't seem to work the way I have done it. Is this correct?

$_SESSION[$USPS_eCart->CartName . "_USPS" . "_Quote"] = 0;

Which I put in the code with the eCart Clear Cart.
