Can you re-open this ticket

The ISP says they have done everything they could to improve response time on this issue and the problem still exists for me and the client. They are not getting the same problem when they try it. I am on WiFi and my client maybe also as well as many other people who come to the site. My client still wants some kind of "progress bar" to appear during this period of time. Perhaps you have some other ideas that might help. I am going to try an experiment on a client that is not on the ISP I will let you know what the results are. Ticket is 122716.
