Well I tried but it wasn't a detailed answer as I had wanted. From what I gather, I had the wrong email settings in place so when testing it kept bouncing and triggered this alert. They took that file off of my FTP site and reinstated my account. So weird...... I tested this a million times with our last host in several different ways and never had any trouble with spam alerts.
I am going to try again in a few days to upload the file with the correct settings and see if I have any trouble. I have a ticket in for guidance on what smtp settings they would prefer. I used the settings listed for my account..... guess these are incorrect? The same settings appear to work just fine for my online ordering.
