I looked up your ticket and it looks like Monday afternoon, you requested that someone call you between Tuesday and Saturday in the afternoon.
As Ray mentions, when the issue can't be easily reproduced or we need an engineer on the line, a same-day turnaround is often difficult. In short though, we're doing our best to get to the bottom of it. If it is a bug that can be reproduced, it will be elevated to the engineering team.
