Search working on some pcs and not on others

OK here's a wierd one. Can you check out this address:
I'd had some problems with the search box previously which I think are now fixed. It works fine for me, but my customer tells me that when they search for say 'roses' it returns all the items in the database. I've asked a couple of other people to test off-site, one said it worked fine and the other said it didn't. I know the search criteria is stored in a session, could it be that this is lingering from a previous search on customers system, and how can I fix it?
