Nope

After deleting the "WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php" file I got an error:

Warning: require_once(../../../WA_eCart/WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/77/6890977/html/webassist/plugins/shopping_cart/add_to_cart.php on line 4

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../../WA_eCart/WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/77/6890977/html/webassist/plugins/shopping_cart/add_to_cart.php on line 4

Then added it back... Still no shipping. Any other thoughts?
