Can't edit Css design for checkbox

When I try to edit the css design for checkbox I get the error message attached.

Steps to reproduce:

In the add form window, click the "Customize CSS" button.
Choose "Form elements" from the dropdown menu
Choose "Checkbox" from the second dropdown menu, and I get the Javascript error message attached.

Edit css design works for any other form element, but not for checkbox.

I have deleted the winfile cache.

Regards
Rune
